We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.techiix.com and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only. No walk-in allowed.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Then approval for return must be obtained by sending the relevant photos to techiixint@gmail.com
Any Promotional Product cannot be Return for Full Refund, only applicable for Exchange unless it is deemed as Out of Stock/Discontinue by Techiix.
Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
